- Arbourtech operations:
All management, administrative and human resource aspects of Arbourtech
to ensure the effectiveness and quality of services supplied to
BioAdapt.
- Strategic and Business Planning: Responsible
for communicating business strategy preferences to management
and assisting in business plan implementation.
- University R&D management: Collaborate with
University (and other entity) researchers in the design and implementation
of joint R&D activities that are targeted at 'proving' or expanding
the BioAdapt technology.

Responsible for:
- Capital Raising:
Responsible for the identification of BioAdapt investors and management
of the share registry.
- Company Secretarial:
Preparation of company monthly Board papers; ensure compliance
with Corporations Law and Australian Securities Commission requirements;
maintenance of registers and minute books for the company
- Strategic and Business Planning: Responsible
for communicating business strategy preferences to management
and assisting in business plan implementation.
